Exploration and Reflection on Talents Training of Mechanical Engineering Specialty

基于机械专业人才培养和发展现状,结合《中国制造2025》规划,通过对机械工程专业的人才培养定位、就业发展方向分析,提出实现复合型、应用型人才培养的重要举措:素质拓展课群、前沿课程、联合/订单式培养、特色考证等。

Based on the training and development status of mechanical talents, the author puts forward the important measures to realize the cultivation of composite and applied talents through the analysis of the training orientation and employment development in combination with Made in China 2025. The measures include quality development group, frontier curriculum, joint/order-style training, research characteristics and so on.
