Construction and Exploration of Discipline Comprehensive Training in Mechanical Engineering Center in Discipline Company System Mode

以地方高校应用型人才培养方式改革为主线,结合常熟理工学院机械工程学科综合训练中心建设,基于校企合作,提出学科专业建设、学生创新能力锻炼和现代企业制度教育融合的实践教学中心建设新模式,为培养工科应用型人才提供物质基础,即"学科性公司制应用型人才实践教育模式",采用现代公司管理的制度安排,加强实验室建设和学生实践教学能力锻炼,探索建立一种集专业实践教育、科技创新与成果转化为一体的发展模式,以推动实践基地建设和应用型人才培养水平提高。

Training mode reform of applied talents in local colleges and Universities as main line,combining with the construction of the discipline comprehensive training in mechanical engineering center in Changshu Institute of Technology.Based on cooperation between school and enterprise,this paper puts forward a discipline company mode for discipline specialty construction,students' innovation ability training and practice teaching center Construction,in order to provide the material foundation for the training of Engineering Applied Talents,namely,Practical education mode of Applied Talents in Discipline Company System Mode,using Modern Corporation management system arrangement,strengthening the construction of laboratory and students' practice teaching ability,and exploring the establishment of a set of professional practice education,scientific and technological innovation and achievements into an integrated development mode,in order to improve practice base construction and applied talents training level.
