摘要
奥托·彼得斯的远程教育工业化理论在远程教育界有着深远的影响。他将经济社会的"工业化"和"远程教育"联系在一起,为远程教育提出新的研究视角。基于彼得斯的远程教育工业化理论,分析远程教育的工业化特征,远程教育的福特主义方式、新福特主义方式和后福特主义方式。远程教育的未来发展必将会走向后福特主义。
Industrialization Theory was put forward by Otto Peters,which has a profound impact on the field of distance education.He related industrialization of economic society to distance education,presented a new perspective for the research of distance education.This paper based on Peters' s Industrialization Theory to analyze the characteristics of industrialization about distance education,Fordism,Neo-Fordism,and Post-Fordism.The future development of distance education will certainly toward the Post-Fordism.
