Strategies for Improving Effectiveness of Classroom Teaching Management in Colleges

高校课堂教学管理的效果直接决定了教学目标的完成情况,对学生的发展也有重要影响。我国高校课堂教学管理中存在的一些问题,一定程度上阻碍了高等教育的健康发展。从课堂教学管理的意义出发,针对目前我国高校课堂管理中存在的问题,提出管理提升策略。

The effect of classroom teaching management determines the completion of teaching objectives directly,and also has effected the development of students.There are some management problems of classroom teaching in our country.Those problems have hindered the healthy development of higher education more or less.This paper points out significance of classroom teaching management,introduces the problems existing in the classroom management in colleges,and puts forward some strategies of improving effectiveness of classroom teaching management.
