我国高等职业教育工作与学习结合模式初探

Study on Work-integrated Learning Mode in Chinese Higher Vocational Education

简要介绍国外高等职业教育工作与学习结合模式,并对我国高等职业教育工作与学习结合模式的发展现状进行分析。提出我国高等职业院校在发展和完善工作与学习结合模式实践过程中,要重点关注合作的企业资质、教学培养方案的弹性、顶岗实践学生的管理以及学生顶岗实践即就业等问题。

Work-integrated learning mode to foreign vocational college is introduced briefly,and the present situation about Chinese workintegrated learning mode is analyzed generally in this article.Based on the above,the development and improvement of Chinese workintegrated learning mode in practice must focus on the following aspects,which is about the qualification of a joint venture,the flexibility of teaching plan,the management of post practice students,the employment of post practice students and so on.
