摘要
With the support by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and other funding agents,Sun Dong’s(孙栋)group,Feng Ji’s(冯济)group and Chen JianHao’s(陈剑豪)group from the International Center for Quantum Materials of Peking University and Liu Zheng's group from Nanyang Technological University successfully enhanced the performance of photodetection based on topological properties of Weyl semimetal TaIrTe4,which was recently published in Nature Materials(2019,18:476)and was selected as cover image.
