经济增速换挡的过程必须打开科技引擎,新旧动能接续转换离不开科技创新。浙江嘉兴市委市政府实施创新驱动发展战略,为科技金融加快创新发展提供了更为有利的生态环境,也对金融深化综合服务提出了更高要求。本文从分析当前科技金融发展的不同模式出发,借鉴不同的实践经验,深入分析科技金融发展面临的主要问题,结合"夹层融资"的优势和特点,探讨科技金融发展中运用"夹层融资"模式的可行性和主要设计思路,从而找到深化科技金融综合服务的重点和切入点,提出相关建议。

Science and technology is essential in the progress of economic growth. Innovation in an important part of technology transfer. The local government in Jiaxing city has carried out innovation-driven strategy for years, providing better ecological environment for the acceleration of science and technology innovation, which also calls for more complete integrative finance service. Some development models of technology finance and practical experience will be introduced in this paper, followed by the main difficulties of these models and their corresponding solutions. Based on the characteristics and typically successful cases of mezzanine finance, the feasibility and application of mezzanine finance in the development of technology finance will be given.
