人力资本对浙江省经济增长的贡献研究:理论与实证

Research on the Contribution of Material Capital and Human Capital to Zhejiang Economic Growth :Theory and evidence

经济高质量发展背景下人力资本对经济的贡献成为学术界讨论的焦点。文章在柯布道格拉斯函数的基础上构造人力资本外部性模型,选取浙江省1993～2016的时间序列数据,通过协整检验、误差修正等分析浙江人力资本对于经济增长的效应。研究表明:浙江人力资本与经济增长之间存在协整关系,其物质资本、人力资本与经济增长之间存在高度相关性,短期内有效劳动人均资本量是促进经济增长的主要原因,长期发现人力资本水平也不可忽视,最后提出建议。

In t he c ontext o f hi gh-quality e conomic de velopment,t he c ontribution o f huma n c apital t o t he economy has increas ingly becom e the focus of academ ic attention and dis cussion.Bas ed on the Cobb Douglas function,this paper constructs the human capital externality m odel,Taking the time series data of Zhejiang Province from 1993 to 2016 as a s ample,using cointegration tes t,error correction,im pulse response and variance decomposition.T hese tes ts analyz e the effect of hum an capital in Z hejiang P rovince on econom ic gr owth.T he research shows that there is a cointegration relationship betwe en human capital and economic growth in Z hejiang Province.There is a high correlation between physical capital,human capital level and economic growth in Zhejiang Province.In t he sho rt t erm,t he pe r c apita c apital o f e ffective l abor i s t he ma in re ason f or pro moting e conomic growth.In the long term,we discovered that human capital level is a factor that cannot be ignored.Put forward the focus on human capital investment,pay attention to the synergy between human capital and physical capital;extend the y ears o f e ducation,i mprove t he qua lity a nd l evel o f huma n c apital,Gi ve f ull pl ay t o t he ro le o f i nnovative talents,and promote the high-quality development of the econom y.
