摘要
目的开发了一种石蜡乳化的复合乳化剂.方法与结果采用开发的复合乳化剂,通过正交设计试验,得到了石蜡乳化的最佳工艺条件:复合乳化剂用量为石蜡用量的35%,乳化温度75-80℃,搅拌速度800r/min,乳化时间30min,水与石蜡的质量比为5.5∶1.结论在优化条件下试验,所得的乳化蜡为白色粘稠状乳液,pH为7.5;在4000r/min下离心15min,VO/VT值为100%,分散性测定为一级;放置3个月无分层、无沉淀,可任意稀释,稀释后30 h不分层.
Objective To develop a complex emusifying agent for the wax emulsification.Method The emulsification process conditions were optimized the orthogonal design with the complex emusifying agnet.Resutlt Test results indicated that the optimization process conditions of wax emulsification as follows:the amount of emulsifier is 35% of the amount of paraffin,emulsion temperature 75-80 ℃,stirring speed of 800 r / min and emulsifying time 30 min and the weight ratio of water to wax 5.5∶1.ConclusionEmulsifying wax manufacturied under the the optimum conditions is a thick white emulsion with pH 7.5 its VO/VT approximate100% after centrifugal of 15 minutes in 4 000 r/min,having the dipersibility of grade 1 and arbitrary dilution in water,without delaminating and precipitating placed three months and no wax precipitation from water after diluting of 30 h.
