摘要
射频识别是当前应用最广泛的非接触式自动目标识别技术之一,具有非接触、读写灵活、速度快、安全性高等优点,被广泛应用于社会各个领域.研究的射频接口是RFID芯片中数字部分与外界通信的桥梁,因此它在整个芯片中占有至关重要的位置,设计高性能、高可靠的射频接口是RFID芯片正常工作的前提.
The RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) is one of the most common technology of auto-identification.It has the advantages of non-contact,easy opertation,rapid read/write speed and high security,and it is widely used in many fields.The RF interface circuit studied in this paper is the bridge part of the RFID chip communication with the external environment.The design of the RF interface circuit of high reliability and performance is a prerequisite whether RFID chip works normally or not.
