摘要
了解无孢灵芝菌丝生物学特性,以期为人工栽培提供依据。在不同温度、湿度、pH、碳源和氮源条件下对无孢灵芝菌丝生长的影响进行对比试验。无孢灵芝菌丝生长的适宜温度为25℃~30℃,适宜湿度为62%~63%,适宜pH为6.0~6.5,最佳碳源为麦芽糖,最佳氮源为蛋白胨。
To understand the biological characteristics of Ganoderma sp so as to provide a basis for ar-tificial cultivation.Comparative experiments of the temperature,humidity,pH,carbon and nitrogen in mycelial growth.The suitable temperature range in mycelial growth was 25~30 ℃,the proper humidity 62%~63%,the suitable pH range 6.0 to 6.5,the optimum carbon source maltose,and optimum nitro-gen source peptone.
