Expressions of SLeX and CK19 in Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma and Their Relationships with Invasion and Metastasis

摘要 目的探讨SLeX和CK19蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达及其与癌组织浸润转移的关系。方法应用免疫组化染色EliVisionTMplus两步法检测127例甲状腺乳头状癌组织和30例癌旁甲状腺组织中SLeX和CK19蛋白的表达状况。结果甲状腺乳头状癌组织SLeX和CK19总体阳性表达率分别为70.1%和96.1%,显著高于癌旁甲状腺组织(P<0.05);存在浸润和伴有淋巴结转移者,SLeX和CK19阳性表达率显著高于无浸润和无淋巴结转移者(P<0.05);SLeX与CK19表达具有一定正相关性(r=0.30)。结论 SLeX和CK19在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中多数呈强阳性表达,两者与癌组织浸润转移密切相关。 Objective To investigate the relationships of SLeX and CK19 protein expressions with the potential of invasion and metastasis in papillary thyroid carcinoma.Methods The expression of SLeX and CK19 protein in 127 cases of papillary thyroid carcinoma and 30 cases of para-tumorous tissue were studied by EliVisionTM plus two-step immunohistochemical method.Results The positive rates of SLeX and CK19 protein in papillary thyroid carcinoma were 70.1% and 96.1% respectively,both were significantly higher than that in para-tumorous tissue (P <0.05).The positive rates of SLeX and CK19 protein ex-pression in the patients with tumor invasion and lymphatic metastasiswas were significantly higher than that without tumor invasion and lymphatic metastasis (P <0.05).There was a positive correlation be-tween SLeX and CK19 protein expression (r=0.30).Conclusion There is strong positive expression of SLeX and CK19 protein in papillary thyroid carcinoma.Both were closely correlated with the invasive and metastasic potential.
