江苏省农地利用经济效益变化特征及区域差异研究

Characteristics of Chage in Economic Efficiency of Agriculture Land Use and Regional Differences in Jiangsu Province

农地利用经济效益评价是实现农地保护与农地资源可持续利用的重要基础性工作。基于改进的数据包络分析(DEA)方法,对2005-2012年期间江苏省农地利用经济效益变化特征及区域差异进行评价。结果表明:2005-2007年期间,江苏省农地效益平均值为0.683,总体水平偏低,且有波动、不稳定,投入要素存在冗余;2005-2012年期间,平均每公顷农地分别减少0.196单位的机械总动力、0.299单位的劳动力和1 354.906单位的资本,地均产出仍可提高18 619.62元·hm-2;农地利用经济效益区域差异较明显。根据农地利用经济效益水平和人均GDP水平,可将江苏省农地利用划分成4种空间组合,引入基于满意度原则的次优决策单元,改进传统DEA效益计算方法,其结果较好地应用于江苏省农地利用效益分析。

The evaluation of agriculture land use is the foundation of realizing of agriculture land pres-ervation and its sustainable use.This paper evaluated the agriculture land use efficiency during 2005 to 2012 years in Jiangsu province based on the modified DEA.The results demonstrated that:during 2005-2007 years,the average agriculture land use efficiency in Jiangsu province is lower with 0.683,and not stable;there are excess input elements in agriculture land use.During 2005-2012 years,if the average to-tal mechanics dynamics are reduced by 0.196 units in per ha,average labors are reduced by 0.299 units in per ha,and the average capitals are reduced by 1 354.906 units in per ha,the outputs per ha still raise 18, 619 yuan per ha;the regional differences of the agriculture land use efficiency are significant.According to the agriculture land use efficiency and GDP per capita,Jiangsu province can be divided into four space clusters.The method of introducing of better making-decision based on satisfaction principle improves the results of traditional DEA measurement.The results can be better applied to analysis of agriculture land use effeciency in Jiangsu province.
