椒七麝巴布贴对大鼠软组织损伤修复及血液黏度的作用

Effects of Seven Deer Pepper Babu Paste in Repairing and Promoting Blood Circulation by Removing Blood Stasis on Soft Tissue Injury of Rat

目的探讨椒七麝巴布贴对大鼠软组织损伤的修复及活血化瘀作用。方法 SD大鼠右后肢外侧局部去毛,采用重物冲击大鼠右后肢外侧软组织造成面积约4cm2有明显皮下出血及肿胀的非开放性软组织损伤模型,损伤处给予实验药物,连续给药7d,另设正常对照组10只。肉眼观察局部组织损伤程度,并进行病理组织学检查;颈动脉取血,肝素抗凝,SA-6000型血液流变仪测全血黏度高切、中切、低切及血浆黏度。结果肉眼观察到椒七麝巴布贴可明显减轻损伤组织肿大和瘀斑程度;组织形态学观察显示椒七麝巴布贴具有不同程度减轻嗜中性粒细胞等炎性细胞渗出、减轻创伤后炎症、促进组织修复的作用,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);椒七麝巴布贴低、中、高剂量组(0.266、0.532、1.064mg·kg-1)可不同程度降低全血比黏度及血浆比黏度,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论椒七麝巴布贴能改善软组织损伤大鼠血液流变性及促进软组织损伤修复。

Objective To study the effect of Seven Deer Pepper Babu paste in repairing and promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis on the soft tissue injury of rat.Methods SD rats were caused significant subcutaneous bleeding and swelling areas of about 4cm2 into non-open soft tissue injury model by heavy impact on outside of the right hind limb soft tissue after unhairing then right hind limb lesions in rats were given the experimental drug for consecutive seven days,while normal control group including 10 rats was set up.Afterwards,visually observe the extent of local tissue damage,histopathological exami-nation,carotid artery blood,heparin,and measure whole blood viscosity,high cut,cut,low cut and plasma viscosity with SA-6000-type blood rheology.Results Seven Deer Pepper Babu paste could signifi-cantly reduce the extent of damage to tissue swelling and bruising with naked eye observation.Histologi-cal observation showed Seven Deer Pepper Babu paste could ease neutrophils and other inflammatory cell leakage with different degrees,reduce post-traumatic inflammation,promote tissue repairing function. Compared with that of control group,the difference was significant (P <0.01).For Seven Deer Pepper Babu paste low,medium and high dose groups (0.266,0.532,1.064 mg crude drugs/Kg)with varying degrees of reduced whole blood,it had a significant viscosity and plasma viscosity compared with that of control group,the difference was (P < 0.05,P < 0.01 ). Hence,Seven Deer Pepper Babu paste had effect in improving blood rheology.Conclusion Seven Deer Pepper Babu paste could improve blood rheol-ogy of soft tissue injury in rats and promote the repairing of soft tissue injury.
