耳穴贴敷结合背俞穴埋线治疗围绝经期综合征30例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Embedding Thread at Back-shu Points Combined with Auricular Acupuncture for Treatment of Perimenopausal Syndrome

目的探讨耳穴贴敷结合背俞穴埋线治疗围绝经期综合征的临床疗效。方法 60例围绝经期综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组30例,采用耳穴贴敷结合背俞穴埋线法治疗;对照组30例,采用传统针刺方法治疗,疗程1个月。结果治疗组和对照组疗效差异有显著性。结论耳穴贴敷结合背俞穴埋线疗法治疗围绝经期综合征的临床疗效优于传统针刺组。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of embedding thread at Back-shu points combined with auricular acupuncture for treatment of perimenopausal Syndrome.Methods 60 patients with perimenopausal syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Cases in treatment group were treated with embedding thread at back-shu points combined with auricular acupunc-ture,while that of control group were treated with traditional acupuncture therapy.The course of treat-ment was 2 months.Results There were significant differences between two groups.Conclusion Treat-ment results with embedding thread at back-shu points combined with auricular acupuncture could be bet-ter than that with traditional acupuncture group for perimenopausal syndrome.
