摘要
目的针对呼和浩特市水资源现状,建立模糊综合评价模型,对该市的水资源供给能力进行研究。方法以呼和浩特市为研究对象,通过互联网查找相关资料并分析造成呼和浩特市水资源现状的原因,同时建立模糊综合评价模型,结合数据得出相应的水资源供给能力评价指数,并根据指数划分供水能力等级表。最后,尝试从水资源供给与需求两方面给出建议,用于缓解水资源短缺。结果呼和浩特市的水资源评价指数在2.5~3.7之间,根据供水能力等级划分表,表明呼和浩特市的水资源提供能力为严重不足。造成水资源短缺的原因主要有物理短缺及经济短缺两方面。结论由于呼和浩特市的气候属于温带大陆性气候,全年降水较少,地下储水量也不充足,同时随着经济发展该市清洁水需求量逐渐加大,因此水资源提供能力严重不足。给出缓解水资源短缺的建议,即通过开发调水工程、建立集雨设施来增加水资源供给;通过调整农业产业结构及节水来减少水资源需求。
Objective With regard to the present situation of water resources in Hohhot city,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is built to study the city's water supply capacity.Methods By taking Hohhot city as the object,the data on the internet and the cause of the present situation of water resources in Hohhot city were analyzed.A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was built to obtain evaluation index for water resources supply.Then a scale of water supply capacity was gained based on the indixes.Finally,from the water resources supply and demand some suggestions on alleviating the water shortage were given.Results The evaluation index for water resources supply was between 2.5and 3.7,showing a serious shortage of capacity,according to scale of water supply capacity.The main causes were physical and economic shortage.Conclusion The combination of temperate and monsoonal climate,low precipitation,poor groundwater storage and the growing demand for clean water with the economic development lead to the lower water supply capacity in Hohhot city.It is suggested that Hohhot city alleviate water resources shortage and keep sustainable development of water resources by conducting water diversion projects,constructing storing rainfall facilities,restructuring agricultural production patterns and saving water.
