摘要
房地产业是中国经济发展的支柱性产业,关乎居民生活、城市规划和国家安全稳定。以建立的房地产市场健康评价指标体系为基础,选取安徽省2003-2013年的房地产市场数据,采用因子分析的方法对各个指标所占权重进行分析,通过系统化方法划分出安徽省房地产健康区间,最后对每个分项指标和综合指标进行分析评价。
The real estate is a pillar industry in the current economic development in China,and relates to the people’s life,city planning and the national security and stability.Based on establishing evaluation index system of physical condition of real estate market,and choosing Anhui Province’s real estate market data from 2003 to 2013,the paper analyzes the weight of each index by using the method of factor analysis, marks off the healthy section of Anhui’s real estate by system approach,and finally makes an evaluation of each individual index and comprehensive index.
