摘要
在国家层面,习近平总书记强调要重视意识形态的重要作用;同时,结合大数据的时代背景和中国经济新常态的总体趋势,提请企业组织管理者高度关注企业意识形态问题。在这样的背景下,对企业意识形态问题的关注更多地表现为企业意识形态如何发挥作用,即其根本性问题是企业组织如何运用企业意识形态这一工具。基于企业意识形态不同学科的研究背景对其进行界定,分析其内部组成部分,企业意识形态通过与企业目标、企业制度和组织符号体系有机联系起来共同发挥作用,才能实现其在企业组织中的凝聚功能与导向功能等积极作用。
At the national level Secretary-General Xi Jin-ping emphasizes attaching great importance to the significant role of ideology;meanwhile,combined with the background of big data,he draws attention of enterprise or organization administrators to the ideological problems in enterprises.Against this background,the focus on these problems equals how to give full play of corporate ideology,that is,the fundamental issue is how the business organizations apply corporate ideology.Based on the researches and definitions of different disciplines in this field,the paper analyzes its internal components and common working mechanism relating to enterprise objectives,enterprise system,sign system,etc.Only through playing roles together can they realize the positive functions in cohesion and orientation of business organization.
