析汉代的书佐

Analysis of Shuzuo(Clerical Assistant)of the Han Dynasty

书佐,是汉代的重要属吏,但受限于材料,学界尚未给予应有的关注。依托汉简与传世文献,简要分析书佐一职产生的时间以及书佐的职能与经济待遇。汉代的书佐因时期不同而存在于不同的机构,其职能除治书外还具有与法律相关的性质。

Shuzuo is an important affiliated official and position in the Han Dynasty,but limited to the materi-als,the academic circle has paid little attention to it.Based on the bamboo slips and the handed-down documents of the Han Dynasty,the paper analyzes briefly the time when it appeared and its function and its economic treatment, finding that in different periods,the post existed in different institutions;and that they were not only responsible for drafting official documents,but also doing some work related to laws and decrees.
