熊彼特创新理论对于中国高校创新型人才培养的启示研究

Inspirations of Schumpeter's Innovation Theory on the Cultivation of Innovative Talents in China's Colleges and Universities

创新型人才培养是构建创新型国家的重要基础,已得到全社会的普遍关注。研究约瑟夫·阿洛伊斯·熊彼特提出的创新理论,有助于从"创新"的本源来对创新型人才培养开展理论研究。在对熊彼特创新理论分析研究的基础上,分别从高校创新型人才培养的理念、培养模式的建立以及影响因素3个层面进行研究,并提出在创新型人才培养内涵中应注重树立"创新价值观"理念,克服旧有创新型人才培养模式的惯性思维,消除要素间的矛盾冲突,发挥内外因在创新型人才培养过程中的作用等建议。

The cultivation of innovative talents is the basis of building an innovation-oriented country, which has been greatly concerned by the whole society.The study of the innovation theory put forward by Schumpeter is conducive to carrying out the theoretical research of cultivating innovative talents from the origin of innovation.Based on the analysis of his theory,the paper does the research from the three aspects of the ideas of cultivating innovative talents in colleges and universities,the establishment of cultivating modes,and influencing factors,and puts forward some suggestions,such as paying attention to establishing the idea of innovation values,overcoming the old inertial thinking of cultivating innovative talents,elimina-ting the conflicts among the elements,and giving play to the internal and the internal and external causes in the process of training innovative talents.
