摘要 高校是中国反腐败的重点领域。部分高校的领导干部在廉洁自律方面存在着内在动力不足以及外在压力不够大等问题,不作为、乱作为甚至违规违纪,败坏学校育人环境等现象时有发生。深入推进高校反腐倡廉建设,构建保持高校领导干部清正廉洁的内在与外在动力机制是当务之急。 Universities are the focus areas of anti-corruption in our country.Some leaders in universities have less inner motive force and external pressure in incorruption and self-discipline.Such things as the dereliction of duty,the violation of discipline,and the damage of educational environment in universities frequently happen.It is the top priority of the moment to promote anti-corruption in universities and to establish a motivation mechanism to maintain the cleanness and uprightness of leaders in universities.
