论军训对大学新生综合素质的培养

On the Cultivation of Comprehensive Qualities for University Freshmen through Military Training

大学新生军训是高等院校大学生综合素质教育的一种特殊形式,也是大学生素质教育的重要平台。在军训过程中,应根据大学生的思想和心理特点以及中国社会主义现代化建设对大学生综合素质的要求,把综合素质的培养有机地贯穿在军训全过程中。大学生综合素质主要反映在思想政治和道德、心理和身体以及国防和专业素质3个方面。实践证明,通过优化军训内容和创新军训方法,能够有效地提升大学生的综合素质。

The military training of university freshmen provides an important platform for the quality cultivation of university students.The military training should be carried out according to the ideological,psychological and physiological features of students as well as the requirements for the comprehensive qualities of university students by the socialist modernization of our country.The comprehensive qualities of university students involve ideology,politics and morality,mental and physical health as well as national defense and professional qualities.It is proven that the improvement of the comprehensive qualities of university students can be accomplished by optimizing the content of military training and innovating the methods of military training.
