中国高校法学教育改革思路探析

The Reform of Law Education in Colleges and Universities in China

高校是培养法律人才的重要阵地,法学教育关乎人才培养的成败。目前,高校法学教育模式存在学生法治思维意识淡薄、教学方式线性单一、理论与实践能力培育不足及反馈机制严重滞后等问题,反映出高校培养的法学人才与社会需求存在结构性失衡的矛盾。为此,需要完善法学体系,培养法学思维,丰富法学教学方式,构建长效的实践与反馈机制,优化高校法学教育,培养出符合时代要求的法律人才。

Law education in universities is critical to the legal personnel training.There are problems in the current pattern of law education in universities,namely the students' low awareness of legal thinking,the single teaching method,the inadequate training in theoretical and practical ability,and the stagnation of feedback mechanism.It is concluded that there is a structural imbalance between the quality of the legal personnel and the social demand.In view of this situation,the following measures should be taken to train the legal personnel to make law education in universities effective as to meet the requirements of times:perfecting the legal system,training the students' legal thinking,enriching teaching methods,and establishing a long-term feedback mechanism.
