针刺益脑十六穴为主治疗小儿脑瘫30例

Sixteen Points'acupuncture mainly for strengthening brain function in treating-clinical observation of 30 cases on infantile brain paralysis

目的:观察针刺"益脑十六穴"配合舌针、体针,治疗小儿脑性瘫痪的临床疗效。方法:取益脑十六穴、舌针、体针,治疗脑性瘫痪患儿30例,观察临床治疗效果。结果:基本痊愈5例(16.67%),显效13例(43.33%),有效10例(33.33%),无效2例(6.67%)。结论:临床观察表明,针刺"益脑十六穴"有助于改善患儿智力、语言功能,配合舌针、体针,能提高治疗小儿脑性瘫痪的临床疗效。

Object:To observe combination of sixteen points' acupuncture,tongue acupuncture and body acupuncture and to observe clinical curative effect on infantile brain paralysis.Methods:Insert the needle into the sixteen points combined with tongue acupuncture and body acupuncture to treat 30 cases of infantile brain paralysis and then to observe clinical effect on infantile brain paralysis.Results:In 5 cases (16.67%),the patients were cured in the main;in 13 cases (43.33%),the therapies have some effects on the patients in a way;in 10 cases (33.33%),the therapies have a good effect on the patients; in 2 cases (6.67%),the therapies have no effect.Conclusions:Clinical observation shows sixteen point's acupuncture contributes to promoting limbs' function,intelligence and language function of suffering children;combination of sixteen points' acupuncture,tongue acupuncture and body acupuncture can also heighten the clinical curative effect on infantile brain paralysis.
