脐疗防治过敏性鼻炎的施术部位及刺激方法探析 被引量:7

摘要 通过对相关临床研究文献的分析,探讨脐疗防治过敏性鼻炎的施术部位特性及刺激方法。认为脐的特殊解剖学特点是脐疗防治效应发挥的结构基础,其全息胚特性和神阙穴与肺、脾、肾的经络联系及其扶阳培元、整体调节等功效特质,在本病的防治中发挥着重要作用。基于脐疗施术部位特点,并针对本病的病因病机关键,刺激方式以拔罐、艾灸或药物敷贴为主,脐罐法多用闪罐或较长时间留罐法,应达到一定量的刺激强度;脐灸法以艾条温和灸或灸盒灸较常用;敷脐法多选择温阳辛散药物,可与脐灸法结合运用,作用相得益彰。 This study explored the characteristics of operating site and stimulation methods of umbilical therapy in the prevention and treatment of allergic rhinitis through the analysis of relevant clinical research literatures. It is believed that the special anatomical features of the navel are the structural basis for the effect of umbilical therapy. The characteristics of holographic embryos,the relationship of Shenque( CV8) and meridians of Lung,Spleen and Kidney,and its overall regulating action of strengthening yang to build the original-qi play an important role in the prevention and treatment of allergic rhinitis. Based on the characteristics of operating site of the umbilical treatment,and the key of the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease,the stimulation method is mainly focused on cupping,moxibustion,and drug application;flash cupping or long-term retained cupping are often used in the umbilical cupping,which should reach a certain amount of stimulation. Mild moxibustion with moxa stick and moxibustion with moxa box dominate in the umbilical moxibustion. The acrid herbs of warming yang are often used in the umbilical application,which can be combined with umbilical moxibustion,and the effects complements each other.
