电温针灸治疗寒湿型非特异性下腰痛临床研究

Clinical Observation of Electrothermic-Needling Moxibustion Treating NLBP of Cold-Dampness Pattern

目的:观察电针、温针灸与电温针(电针结合温针)治疗寒湿型非特异性下腰痛的临床疗效差异,寻找治疗本病的较佳治疗方法。方法:将126例确诊的寒湿型非特异性下腰痛患者,按单盲随机原则分为电针组、温针灸组和电温针组3组,每组42例,分别采用电针、温针以及电针配合温针治疗,每日1次,共治疗12次。治疗前后采用改良JOA腰痛疗效问卷评分、疼痛视觉类比评分(VAS)、指地距离(FFD)进行评定。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗后3组VAS、FFD指标均降低(P <0. 05),JOA问卷记分升高(P <0. 05); 3组组间比较:在总有效率、VAS、FFD与改良JOA方面,电温针组均优于电针组和温针灸组(P <0. 05)。结论:电温针治疗寒湿型非特异性下腰痛疗效显著,疗效优于单纯电针和温针灸。

Objective: To observe the difference in clinical efficacy of nonspecific low back pain( NLBP) of cold-dampness pattern treated by electro-acupuncture,needle-warming moxibustion,and electrothermic-needling moxibustion( electro-acupuncture combined with needle-warming moxibustion),thus to find the optimal therapeutic method for this kind of disease. Methods: 126 NLBP patients of cold-dampness pattern were randomly divided into the electro-acupuncture( EA) group,the needle-warming moxibustion( NWM) group and the electrothermic-needling moxibustion( ETNM) group,with 42 cases in each group. The treatment was once every day for twelve times. Indexes of FFD,VAS,and JOA were observed before and after the treatment.Results: The indexes of VAS and FFD were significantly reduced( P < 0. 05),and the scores of JOA were obviously increased( P < 0. 05) after the treatment in the three groups. ETNM group was superior to the other two groups in terms of total effective rate,and the indexes improvements of VAS,FFD and JOA( P < 0. 05).Conclusion: Electrothermic-needling moxibustion can effectively relieve the pain in NLBP patients of cold-dampness pattern,and its therapeutic effect is better than single electro-acupuncture or single needle-warming moxibustion.
