电项针对后循环缺血大鼠模型脑干听觉诱发电位影响的实验研究 被引量:12

Effects of Electro-Nape Acupuncture on BAEP in Rats with Posterior Circulation Ischemia: An Experimental Study

摘要 目的:采用电凝椎动脉的方法建立后循环缺血大鼠模型,通过跳台实验、平衡试验及脑干听觉诱发电位检测(BAEP)观察电项针对后循环缺血大鼠模型的疗效。方法:将90只成年雄性SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、电项针组。观察各组大鼠治疗前后的跳台潜伏期及平衡性情况。在造模后1天、7天分别进行BAEP检测,比较3组大鼠Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波的振幅(AMP)和波峰潜伏期(PL)。结果:模型组、电项针组大鼠在造模1天后跳台潜伏期明显延长、平衡性明显下降(P <0. 01);治疗7天后,电项针组较模型组大鼠跳台潜伏期明显缩短、平衡性明显提高(P <0. 01)。模型组、电项针组大鼠在造模后1天进行BAEP检测,Ⅲ、Ⅴ波振幅(AMP)明显压低; Ⅲ、Ⅴ波峰潜伏期(PL)波峰明显延长(P <0. 05),假手术组不出现变化,Ⅰ波无明显变化(P> 0. 05)。治疗7天后,电项针组较模型组大鼠Ⅲ、Ⅴ波振幅(AMP)抬高(P <0. 05); Ⅲ、Ⅴ波峰潜伏期(PL)缩短(P <0. 05),Ⅰ波无明显变化(P> 0. 05)。结论:电针项可明显改善后循环缺血大鼠的脑血液循环。 Objective: To observe the effect of electro-nape acupuncture on rats with posterior circulation ischemia by platform test,balance test and brainstem auditory evoked potential( BAEP) test. Methods: 90 adult male SD rats were randomly divided into the sham operation group,the model group and the electro-nape acupuncture group. The model of posterior circulation ischemia was established by electrocoagulation of vertebral arteries. The incubation period and equilibrium condition were observed before and after the treatment in each group. BAEP test was performed on the first day and the seventh day of modeling,and the amplitude( AMP) and peak latency( PL) of the Ⅰ,Ⅲ and Ⅴ waves were compared in the three groups. Results: The incubation period of the platform test was prolonged and the equilibrium was decreased obviously in the model group and the electro-nape group( P < 0. 01). After 7 days of the treatment,the incubation period was shortened and the equilibrium was improved significantly in the electro-nape group compared to those of the model group( P < 0. 01). BAEP test on the first day of modeling showed that AMP of Ⅲ and Ⅴ waves were obviously lower,and the PL of Ⅲ and Ⅴ waves were obviously prolonged in the model group and in the electro-nape group( P <0. 05);of which the sham operation group did not show obvious change( P > 0. 05);and Ⅰ wave showed no change. After seven days of the treatment,AMP of Ⅲ and Ⅴ waves were heightened( P < 0. 05);PL of Ⅲ and Ⅴ waves were significantly shortened in the electro-nape group compared to those in the model group( P <0. 05);Ⅰ wave showed no obvious change( P > 0. 05). Conclusion: Electro-nape acupuncture can significantly improve cerebral blood circulation in rats with posterior circulation ischemia.
