员利针治疗肩周炎临床研究

Clinical Study of Round-Sharp Needling Treating Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

目的:观察员利针治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法:将50例肩周炎患者作为研究对象,随机分成治疗组30例、对照组20例,治疗组30例采用员利针治疗,对照组20例采用常规针刺治疗。比较分析两组治疗后疼痛PRI评分及肩功能改善的情况。结果:治疗后治疗组疼痛PRI评分较对照组低,肩关节功能评定较对照组明显改善,两组比较P <0. 05。治疗组总有效率为96. 7%(29/30),与对照组的80. 0%(16/20)相比显著较高,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:采用员利针治疗肩周炎具有良好的临床疗效,既能有效缓解疼痛,又能改善肩周功能,因此值得临床应用推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of round-sharp needling therapy on scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods:50 patients with shoulder periarthritis were randomly divided into the observation group(n=30)and the control group(n=20).The control group was treated with common acupuncture;whereas the observation group was treated with round-sharp needling.The PRI score of pain and the improvement of shoulder function were compared after the treatment between the two groups.Results:The PRI score was lower and the improvement of shoulder function was more significant in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate was 96.7%(29/30)in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 80.0%(16/20)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of round-sharp needling is significant in patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis.It can effectively relieve the pain symptoms and improve the shoulder function,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
