房地产价格波动、融资成本与货币政策传导研究

摘要 随着融资渠道多元化,房地产价格受到多方面影响,直接投资、信贷等都成为了房地产开发的前期影响因素。信贷领域产生的利率变动、金融机构政策调整以及货币政策的制定与下达等相互作用,共同呈现了一个复杂而庞大的传导链条,社会经济在此基础上实现了进一步的变革与调整。本文对房地产价格波动、融资成本与货币政策间的关系进行分析,提出了房地产价格波动、融资成本与货币政策传导中的相应观点。
