抗稻瘟病不育系赣73A的选育及应用

Breeding and Application of Blast-resistant CMS Line Gan 73A in Rice

江西省农科院水稻研究所利用优质保持系1504/中9B的杂交后代稳定株系与大穗型抗稻瘟病保持系赣香B杂交,在F4代选性状基本稳定株系与野败型不育系赣香A进行测交并回交,同时结合稻瘟病抗性鉴定筛选,育成了抗稻瘟病不育系赣73A。该不育系属感温型籼稻,农艺性状和不育性稳定,柱头外露好,异交结实率高,配合力较强,品质较优,所配组合生育期偏母本、适应性广。2015和2017年先后通过了云南省和江西省组织的专家技术鉴定,2018年通过了江西省品种审定。所配组合赣优735(赣73A/苏恢5号)于2017年通过国家品种审定。

Gan 73 A, derived from the cross between a stable progeny from 1504(a fine quality maintainer line)/Zhong9 B and Ganxiang B and then the testcross of its F4 line to the WA-type CMS line Ganxiang A, was a blast-resistant CMS line developed through successive backcrossing combined with identification of blast resistance by the Rice Research Institute of Jiangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences. It is a thermo-sensitive indica rice with the characteristics of uniform agronomic traits, stable and complete male sterility, high stigma exsertion rate and outcrossing rate, high combining ability, good grain quality and early-maturing and widely-adaptable F1 hybrids. In 2015 and 2017, it was technically identified in Yunnan and Jiangxi, respectively. In 2018, it was approved for release by Jiangxi Crop Variety Appraisal Committee. In 2017, its hybrid Ganyou 735(Gan 73 A/Suhui 5) was released for commercial production by the National Crop Variety Appraisal Committee.
