2017年湖南省水稻区试品种米质结果与分析

Results and Analysis of Grain Quality of Rice Varieties in the Rice Regional Trials of Hunan Province in 2017

2017年湖南省水稻区域试验包括湖南省统一试验、湘种联合体试验与潇湘联合体试验,其中湖南省统一试验由湖南省农作物良种引进示范中心主持,湘种联合体试验与潇湘联合体试验由湖南省种子协会主持。对试验中所有参试品种均进行了稻米品质检测,并进行了分类统计分析。结果表明,414个参试品种中,无品种米质达到部颁优质一级,达到二级的共有13个,达三级的共有52个,优质稻品种数合计65个,占比15.7%,其中优质双季晚稻品种数为53个,是参试品种中优质稻品种的主要部分。

In 2017,the rice regional trials of Hunan Province include Hunan Provincial Rice Variety Regional Trial,Xiangzhong Complex Rice Variety Regional Trial and Xiaoxiang Complex Rice Variety Regional Trial.The first trial was managed and implemented by the Introduction and Demonstration Center of Improved Crop Variety of Hunan Province,while the second and third trials were managed and implemented by the Seed Association of Hunan Province.All rice varieties in the trials were tested and analyzed in their grain quality performance.The results showed that,among 414 tested rice varieties,there was not a variety reaching the standards of the 1 st class of fine quality rice issued by the Ministry of Agriculture of China,but there were 65 varieties reaching the standards of the 2 nd or 3 rd class of fine quality rice,accounting for 15.7%of the tested varieties,in which 13 varieties were in the 2 nd class and 52 in the 3 rd class,and 53 belonged to double-cropping late rice,thus double-cropping late rice occupied most of the fine quality rice varieties in the trials.
