钙钛矿PbTiO_3纳米片对金红石相TiO_2微纳结构晶体生长的调控

摘要 采用水热法制备三维自组装结构的金红石相TiO_2微米球,然后在反应体系中引入单晶钙钛矿相PbTiO_3纳米片,制备顶端具有规则刻面的金红石相TiO_2纳米棒。利用XRD、SEM和TEM分析产物的物相和微结构,并研究修饰剂对产物形貌的影响。结果表明:制备的金红石相TiO_2微米球形貌规则,其尺寸为1~2μm;制备的金红石相TiO_2纳米棒长约100 nm,直径约20 nm,且分散性良好;对比二者晶体生长过程发现,钙钛矿相PbTiO_3纳米片在水热过程中充当了模板,为TiO_2纳米棒的形成提供基本的骨架,起到了诱导晶体生长的作用,有效防止了TiO_2纳米棒的三维团聚。 Three-dimensional self-assembled rutile phase TiO2 microspheres were prepared with hydrothermal method.On this basis,single crystal perovskite phase PbTiO3 nanosheets were introduced into the reaction system to produce rutile phase TiO2 nanorods with regular facets at the top.The phase and microstructures of the products were analyzed with XRD,SEM and TEM,and the effect of modifier on the morphology of the products was studied.The results show that the rutile phase TiO2 microspheres are regular in shape with a size of about 1~2μm,and the rutile phase TiO2 nanorods are about 100 nm in length and 20 nm in diameter with good dispersion.Comparison of the growth process of the two crystals shows that the perovskite phase PbTiO3 nanosheet acts as a template in hydrothermal process,provides the basic framework for the formation of nanorods,acts to induce the growth of the crystals,and prevents three-dimensional aggregation of TiO2 nanorods.
