家庭生活方式的现实运行不只是个体选择的结果,更是社会转型下国家与社会互动的一种制度化建构的产物。'中国式隔代抚育'作为我国现代化进程中伴随社会深刻变迁出现的一种普遍现象,不能被简单理解成我国传统家庭主义文化的自然延续,而是社会转型过程中若干制度安排缺失的结果,主要是国家家庭保障制度、劳动就业制度不尽完善以及义务教育被过度产业化等。显然,其引发的问题对儿童、父母、家庭乃至整个社会的发展带来了多方面影响。为有效改变这种'抚育困境',应该从国家战略发展的高度予以重视,加强制度创新,构建由国家、社会、市场、家庭共同参与的现代儿童抚育体系。

The actual operation of the family lifestyle is not only the result of individual choice,but also the product of an institutionalized construction of state-society interaction under social transformation.As a common phenomenon in the process of China’s modernization accompanied by profound changes in society,'Chinese-style Intergenerational Nurturing'cannot be simply understood as the natural continuation of China’s traditional family-style culture,but the result of the lack of several institutional arrangements in the process of social transformation.Mainly the national family security system,the labor and employment system are not perfect,and the compulsory education is over-industrialized.Obviously,the problems it raises have a multifaceted impact on the development of children,parents,families and the whole society.In order to effectively change this'nurturing dilemma',we should pay attention to the development of national strategy,strengthen institutional innovation,and build a modern child care system involving the state,society,market and family.
