高水平民办高校的建设路径探析——以某民办高校为例

以某民办高校为例,阐述我国建设高水平民办高校的路径和面临的制度障碍。建设高水平民办高校需要建立现代大学制度,健全内部决策机制;要紧密结合区域经济发展实际,培养应用型人才;要坚持人才兴校理念,建设一流师资队伍。同时,建设高水平民办高校也对国家的相关政策提出了新的诉求,要求国家完善对民办高校的财政补贴制度,落实民办高校专业设置和学费收取等方面的自主权。
