Study on the Operation Mechanism of Teaching-service Oriented Universities

组织运行机制是组织运转的驱动力量,也是确保组织功能实现的制度保证。文章在论述教学服务型大学的内涵、发展和存在的问题后,根据教学服务型大学的内涵和组织目标,以系统科学的思维,阐明教学服务型大学的运行机制应该包括引导机制、激励机制、协作机制和反馈机制,为教学服务型大学的运行与发展指明制度建设的方向。

Organization operating mechanism is the driving force of organization operation and is also the system guarantee of ensu-ring the organization functions.From the discussions on the connotation, development, and existing problems in teaching-service oriented universities, this paper uses systematic scientific thinking to describe that the operating mechanism of teaching-service o-riented universities should include the guiding mechanism, incentive mechanism, coordination mechanism and feedback mecha-nism, so as to point out the correct direction for the operation and development of teaching-service oriented universities.
