Moral Education in Non-governmental Institutions of Higher Learning in the Perspective of “Building Morality and Cultivating People”

党的"十八大"报告要求"把立德树人作为教育的根本任务",从全局和战略的高度指明了教育的方向。作为高等教育重要组成部分的民办高校,如何在办学实践中贯彻落实这一理念,是所有教育工作者要思考和践行的重大命题。文章试从"立德树人"教育理念形成的理路、应然性及其影响因素、实现路径等方面,探讨建立民办高校贯彻"立德树人"理念、强化德育工作的有效机制。

The 18th CPC National Congress Report required“building morality and cultivating people to be the fundamental task of education”, which comprehensively and strategically pointed out the direction of education.How should non-governmental in-stitutions of higher learning, an important part of higher education, carry out this idea in practice is a significant question that all educators need to think and fulfill.This paper tries to probe the effective mechanism used by non-governmental institutions of higher learning to implement the idea of“building morality and cultivating people” and strengthen their educational work from the aspects of the forming path, necessity, influencing factors, and implementation approaches of the idea of“building morality and cultivating people”.
