服务业视角下中心镇城市化的路径模式——浙江小城市试点镇案例分析

Research on the Path Mode of Central Town's Urbanization in the Perspective of Service Industry: Case Analysis of Small City's Pilot Town in Zhejiang Province

中心镇城市化是新型城镇化改革创新的重点领域,核心是构建符合城市经济特征的产业体系,探索由农村工业化转向二三产业协调驱动,并逐步形成以服务业为主的发展模式。在分析服务业推动中心镇城市化作用机理基础上,根据中心镇的类型差异和阶段性特征,归纳了嵌入式、协同式和主导式三种服务业推动中心镇向小城市转变的路径模式,并结合浙江省小城市试点镇的典型案例加以验证。

Urbanization of central town is a key area of the new urbanization reform and innovation .Its core is to build industrial systems in line with the urban economy , explore the development model from traditional rural industrialization to coordination of secondary and tertiary industries , and gradually form the service sector dependent development model .Based on the analysis of the mechanism of service industry promoting the urbanization of central town and according to central town 's type and characteris-tic, this paper summarizes three type models of services industry driving central town into small city , including the embedded , coordinated and the dominant types .The case analysis is verified by a pilot town in a small city in Zhejiang Province .
