浙江省产业结构升级对大学生就业的影响

Studies on the Influence of Industrial Structure Upgrading in Zhejiang on University Student Employment

基于浙江省1978—2018年的样本数据,对浙江省产业结构和就业结构的演进趋势进行分析,并对浙江省三次产业的就业弹性进行测算,结果表明,第三产业已成为浙江经济发展和拉动就业增长的'第一引擎'。构建计量回归模型,实证分析浙江省产业结构升级对大学生就业的双重影响效应,结果显示:产业结构变动方向与大学生就业正相关,产业结构变动速度与大学生就业负相关,产业结构变动对大学生就业的'创造效应'大于'破坏效应',浙江省产业结构升级的净效应是促进大学生就业。最后,提出促进浙江省大学生就业的政策建议。

Based on the sample data of Zhejiang province from 1978 to 2018,this paper analyzes the evolution trend of industrial structure and employment structure,and calculates the employment elasticity of three industries in Zhejiang.The result shows that the tertiary industry has become the'primary engine'of Zhejiang’s economic development and employment growth.An empirical analysis on the dual effect of Zhejiang’s industrial upgrading on university student employment by regression model shows that the direction of industrial structure change is positively related to university student employment,whereas the speed of industrial structure change is negatively related to.As a whole,the'creative effect'of industrial structure change on university student employment is greater than the'destructive effect',and the net effect of Zhejiang’s industrial upgrading is to promote the employment of university students.Finally,this paper proposes policy suggestions on promoting employment of university students in Zhejiang Province.
