摘要
建峰三聚氰胺装置2007年11月25日建成投料试车以来,进入尿素装置的废水、甲铵液和氨水三股物料,由于配合不当,控制能力与认识不足,设备的承受能力有限以及工艺设计存在缺陷等原因,使得尿素系统的控制极其被动,造成尿素装置水解电导超标、生产成本升高、系统恶化以及系统停车等多起事故。
Since the initial operations on 25th November 2007 for Jianfeng melamine plant,the urea unit became hard to control,from reasons that include lacking of much awareness on three incoming streams;waste water,ammonium carbamate solution,ammonia water;limited system control ability and improper cooperation,restricted equipments capacity,process design flaws and so on,which resulted in many accidents,as the conductivity of finished products beyond the standard,production cost increased,the system upset,the unit shutdown and so on.
