本文分析了粗苯加氢装置通过强化工艺指标和生产操作管理提高粗苯加工量后,系统出现了一系列问题。通过对产生问题原因进行分析,提出了相应的改进措施,最终使两套精苯加氢装置由年产20万吨提高到年产30万吨,装置运行平稳,产品各项指标均达到原设计要求,为公司创造了较高的经济效益。

After improve processing capacity of crude benzene by strengthening process index and operation managements,crude benzene hydrogenation unit appeared a series of problems.This article analyzed the reason of problems,and proposes improving the measure correspondingly,and finally the units boosted annual output from two hundred thousand tons to three hundred thousand tons.At present,the unit runs smoothly,all of various index of product come to the design request,it create a high economic value for the company.
