不同浓度甲烷爆炸火焰传播过程的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 为研究甲烷浓度对瓦斯爆炸后火焰传播的影响,以期降低煤矿事故带来的损失,在水平有机玻璃管道中,选取五种不同浓度的甲烷进行爆炸实验,并采用高速摄影仪记录火焰传播过程,利用MATLAB处理采集到的图像,研究在不同浓度甲烷爆炸传播过程中,火焰传播速度、传播位移以及火焰厚度随传播时间的变化规律。研究结果表明:甲烷浓度对火焰传播速度、传播位移及火焰厚度的影响显著。甲烷浓度越接近化学当量浓度,火焰传播速度越快,传播位移越大,火焰越厚。随着时间的增加与传播距离的增大,火焰传播速度先增大后减小,火焰厚度先变厚再变薄。 To study the effect of methane concentration on flame propagation after gas explosion to reduce the losses caused by methane explosion Five different concentrations of methane was selected and tested in the horizontal organic gkss pipe line(the total length is 1.45m) and high-speed photographic camera was also used to record flame propagation process to research the change rule of flame propagation speed,flame propagation displacement and flame thickness with the variation of methane concentration.The results show that:the effect of methane concentration on flame propagation speed,propagation displacement and the flame thickness is remarkable.The closer the methane concentration to the chemical equivalent concentration(about10%),the faster the flame propagation speed is,the further the flame propagation displacement and the thicker the flame is.As time goes by and as the propagation distance increases,the propagation velocity first increases then decreases,also,the flame thickness first gets thicker then gets thinner.
