Synthesis and Inhibition Performance Evaluation of 1-Aminoethyl-2-Alky-Imidazoline Quaternary Ammonium Salt

摘要 以四种不同脂肪酸和二乙烯三胺为反应原料,二甲苯为携水剂,通过酰胺化(140-160℃)、环化(200-220℃)反应得到相应的咪唑啉中间体,然后用氯化苄对其进行季铵化反应,通过红外光谱对目标产物进行了结构表征。采用静态失重法评价了四种缓蚀剂在含饱和CO_2模拟油田采出水中的缓蚀性能,结合交流阻抗谱及SEM进一步研究其缓蚀机理。研究表明,四种缓蚀剂在CO_2介质中均表现出良好的缓蚀性能。缓蚀效率随温度的升高而降低,随缓蚀剂浓度的增加而增大,当达到一定浓度时,缓蚀效率不再明显增大,且烷基碳链长度对其性能影响不大。烷基咪唑啉季铵盐是一种混合型缓蚀剂,其缓蚀机理为缓蚀剂在金属表面的吸附而产生负催化效应。 Imidazoline was synthesized from fatty acid,diethylene-triamine and benzyl chloride with xylene as watercaning agent through aniidation,cyclization and quaterisarion reaction,the temperature of amidation was 140-160℃,and the temperature of cyclization was 200-220℃.The IR Spectrum indicated that the target product was obtained.The inhibition performance in CO_2-saturated stimulating oilfield water was evaluated by static weight loss method and the inhibition mechanism was studied by polarization curve test,EIS and SEM.The results indicated that imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt had significant inhibition efficiency in CO_2 corrosion medium,the inhibition behavior decreased with the increase of the temperature,and increased with increasing the concentration of inhibitor,when reached a certain concentration the effect of it on the inhibitor is small,Alkyl carbon chain length has a little influence on the performance of them.1-Aminoethyl-2-AlkyImidazoline Quaternary Ammonium Salt was mix-typed inhibitor and the inhibition mechanism was negative catalytic effect produced by the adsorption of inhibitor molecular.
