摘要
以2.5-二甲基-2.5-已二醇为原料,过氧化氢为氧化剂,在酸催化下合成了双官能度引发剂DIO2H。目标产物经熔点对比和薄层色谱确证,用单因素法优化了DIO2H引发AM聚合的反应条件。优化后的聚合条件为:DIO2H浓度15mg L-1,AM浓度30%、聚合温度30℃,pH 7。优化条件下聚合所得PAM的相对分子质量大于2100万。
A bifunctional initiator(DIO_2H) was synthesized from 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-hexanediol,using H_2O_2 as oxidizing agent and acid as the catalyst.DIO_2H was confimied by melting point comparison and TLC.The initiating conditions of AM polymerization was optimized by single factor experiment.The optimized conditions were as follows:c(DIO_2H)=15mg L-1,c(AM)=30%,T=30℃ and pH=7.The relative molecular mass of PAM was above 21 million.
