摘要
本研究建立了一套成熟完善的适合废杂铜冶烁渣中CaO含量洲定的化学方法和ICP光谱法两种方法的加标回收率在99%-105%之间.精密度试验中RSD值均小于3.5%。结合以上两种方法结果建立起来的X荧光光谱法工作曲线线性良好.利用此工作曲线能快速检测渣中氧化钙的含量.结果准确率达99%.
This research has established a set of mature and perfect method for determination of CaO content in smelting slag from scrap copper by chemical and ICP spectrometn' method.The recoveries of two methods are founded to be in the range of 99%-105%;,RSD of precision test is less than 3.5%.The working curve of XRF established by jointing these two methods has good linearity,which can be used for quickly determination of CaO content,the results accuracy rate is 90%.
