席夫碱本身是一类具有很好生物活性的物质,而以席夫碱为配体与金属离子形成的配合物,表现出更强的生物活性,尤其是氨基酸类、缩氨脲类、腙类、胍类席夫碱及其相应的配合物具有抑菌、杀菌、抗肿瘤、抗病毒和解毒等独特药效。过渡金属和稀土金属与席夫碱配体所形成的配合物以其多样性的结构和广泛的用途越来越受到人们的重视,该配合物在催化、生物活性及功能材料等领域都有广泛的应用前景。
Schiff base are a class of biologically active substances.Metal complexes with Schiff base ligand show greater biological activity,in particular amino acid,reduction of ammonia urea,hydrazone,guanidine as ligand.And their corresponding Schiff base complexes have showed unique biologically efficacy such as antibacterial,bactericidal,anti-tumor,anti-virus and detoxification.Transition metals and rare earth metals with Schiff base ligand complexes were paid more and more attention for their structure diversity and a wide application prospect in catalysis,biological activity and function of materials and other fields.
