摘要
丁二烯沸点低,极易挥发,与二聚物沸点差别大,样品离线分析中,样品采集,运输,保存都会造成数据误差,气相进样分析无法满足装置要求。在综合考虑丁二烯物性的基础上,分析了采样过程,样品运输和储存,色谱进样环节对试验结果的影响,克服并尽量减少误差,并建立了丁二烯中二聚体含量的分析方法,方法RSD<3%,重复性,回收率能够满足工艺分析要求。
Butadiene has low boiling point and easy to volatilize,and has large difference with dimmer in boiling point,in offline analysis of the Butadiene sample,whose collection,transportation and storage can create data error,analyze the sample that device cannot meet the requirements.On the basis of comprehensive consideration of Butadiene property,analyzed the process,transportation and storage of the Butadiene and chromatographic sample link influence on test results,overcomed and tried to reduce the error,and established the analysis method.RSD of method ess than3:100,repeatability and reproducibility can meet the requirements of process analysis.
