在采油一线,生产实际工作中会遇到这样那样生产难题,针对具体生产难题,我结合工作实际不断地进行了小革新、小创造,小制作等工作尝试,并收到良好效益。下面我对革新加药流程、创新方法巧修加热炉、制作样桶架等三个实例进行阐述。
