摘要
本文采用富马酸直接酯化法合成富马酸二甲酯。考察原料摩尔配比、催化剂种类、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间等因素对合成富马酸二甲酯收率的影响。研究结果表明:以富马酸和甲醇为原料,以Na HSO4为催化剂采用直接酯化法合成富马酸二甲酯,当酸醇比为1:12,催化剂用量为0.7512g,回流时间为4h,反应温度为75℃,产品的收率最高。
This paper adopts the direct esterification of fumaric acid to compound dimethyl fumarate,examining raw material mole ratio, catalyst, catalyst dosage, reaction temperature, reaction time and other factors influencing on the yield of synthesis of dimethyl fumarate to determine the best synthesis method. The results show that using fumaric acid and methanol as raw materials, Na HSO4 as catalyst by direct esterification method to synthesize dimethyl fumarate, when 1:12 ratio of acid to alcohol, catalyst dosage is 07512 g, reflux time is 4 h, the reaction temperature is 75 ℃, the product has the highest yield.
