摘要
本论文以水杨酸和乙酸酐为原料,用传统加热法通过酯化反应制备乙酰水杨酸(阿司匹林)。考察了反应物摩尔比、催化剂种类、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间对阿司匹林产品收率的影响。研究结果表明,以Na HCO3和HCl为纯化剂,0.3 g维生素C为催化剂,反应物水杨酸和乙酸酐的摩尔比1:3,反应时间15 min,反应温度80℃,所得阿司匹林产品的收率最高,可达87.2%。
In this paper using salicylic acid and acetic anhydride as raw materials, using traditional heating method by esterification reaction of the preparation of acetylsalicylic acid(aspirin).The effects of the variety of catalyst, catalyst dosage, reaction time, reaction temperature and reactant molar ratio on the aspirin product yield, and through the four factors three levels orthogonal experiment to optimize the best conditions for the preparation of aspirin.Research results show that with Na HCO3 and HCl as purification agent, 0.3 g vitamin C as catalyst, the molar ratio of salicylic acid and acetic anhydride 1:3 of reactants, reaction time 15 min, reaction temperature 80 ℃, the aspirin product yield the highest, up to 87.2%.
