摘要
为了提高乙苯的转化率,苯乙烯选择性及收率,同时为了减少乙烷、乙烯、二氧化碳等污染物的排放,本文分别从反应温度、进料速率及水烃比三个方面对乙苯脱氢制苯乙烯实验室条件进行了探索及优化。最终得出最优条件范围为:反应温度560~600℃,进料速率0.4~0.6 ml?min-1,水烃比1.2:1~1.6:1。
In order to improve the conversion of ethylbenzene, styrene selectivity and yield, the paper has carried on the exploration and the optimization to the laboratory conditions forethylbenzene dehydrogenation to styrene, respectively from the temperature, feed flow rate and water hydrocarbon ratio and ethyl benzene, at the same time in order to reduce the emissions of Ethane, ethylene, carbon dioxide and some other pollutants. Finally, the concluded scopes of the optimal conditions are as follows: the temperature is 560 ~ 600 ℃; the feed flow rate is 0.4~0.6ml?min-1; and the water hydrocarbon ratio is 1.2:1~1.6:1.
